This was my very good stay with spotty service the entire stay. The location was incredible and near the train station. Plus it was in an excellent area. Everything was very enjoyable, even so a few employees were extremely rude.

Sincerely, it was a great stay with spotty service the entire stay. Everybody was lovely and fantastic. I had the queen room which was perfect and budget. The airport was 10 km away.

Favourable location of the hotel to all the Florence attractions. Didn't like when it was really hot outside, went to Nobile Bistro to relax and grab some food. I had an excellent experience here, everything was excellent, the location was amazing near to the common areas, Duomo and Duomo and rail station. I had spotless, budget rooms with an electronic key card, a work desk and a TV set. As for me, wake-up service available, and great views were advantages.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to the train station and within walking distance of all the major attractions. We loved being able to explore the city on foot. Additionally, the breakfast at the hotel was satisfying with a variety of options to choose from.
The air conditioning and WiFi were unreliable, making it difficult to stay comfortable and connected. the rooms did not meet our expectations for a romantic getaway.

This hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, just steps away from the famous San Lorenzo Market. The location couldn't be better for exploring Florence's main attractions. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay a pleasant one. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a charming view of the nearby church. The breakfast in the morning was a highlight, with a wide selection of delicious options to choose from.
The only downside was the noisy air conditioning in the rooms, but overall, everything was great.
